The SBE Program takes a different approach to training: one-on-one coaching for home service business owners. Our coaches will:
- Walk you through the SBE program, so there is no guessing how to apply the advice
- Coach you through challenges, so you can overcome any roadblock
- Share in your accomplishments, so you will stay motivated to constantly improve your business
As an SBE Contractor, you will have flexibly scheduled one-on-one coaching calls with your Coach. Your coach will help you set goals and focus on the priorities that help you build a profitable, scalable business.
Our experienced admininstrative and coaching teams are dedicated to providing the best customer service and industry-leading coaching and training you desire.
Training is available via one-on-one coaching, regionally, onsite, and Phoenix boot camps. Coaching and webinars are held remotely from your desired location by computer and phone. Boot camps are held in Phoenix at the George Brazil facility.

At the end of each call, your Coach will schedule your next coaching call. Our system will send you a booking email at that time with the details. One day before your appointment, you will receive an email reminder along with the option to confirm or reschedule.
You may reschedule your appointment directly from your reminder email, by clicking on the Reschedule button. Or you may contact your coach directly to reschedule your appointment.

From Budget & Financials to Readiness Planning or Maintenance Agreements, SBE makes it easy to watch Webinars from your office or home computer when it is convenient for you. Some Webinars will be live and others will be pre-recorded for your convenience. They are developed to bring together contractors from around the country to discuss pre-determined topics. Some examples are: CSR, Dispatch, Service, Install, Business Planning, and much more!
Our 3-day highly interactive boot camps immerse you into live role play and real world scenarios. SBE tackles the biggest challenges contractors have and work with them to use “Our System” to turn those challenges into opportunities.
We offer Building Sales Champions boot camps for Owners, Technicians, and Comfort Consultants. In addition, our Leadership and Coaching boot camps target specific departments like CSR/Dispatch, Install, and Sales & Service.

SBE has a full-time Technical Support & Scheduling Team available 5 days a week. If you are not technologically savvy, that’s ok, we have a team that will help you every step of the way. From the online tools, to helping you schedule, reschedule or just answering your questions, they are available to help you.
The SBE Mobile App is used by technicians to log jobs and view goals. It is used to develop behaviors of a successful “salesperson”. The dashboard is a website (via any internet browser) that provides real-time data on jobs entered via the mobile app to an Owner/Manager/Coach. This information will be used to coach and provide training.
